WEB DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (M/F)

Job description:

• Design and development of front-end and back-end web architecture;
• Server and database development;
• Development and support of projects from idea to implementation;
• Work with graphic designers and web developers;
• API development;
• Monitoring and implementation of current trends;
• Management of the IT team (recruitment, training and teaching of employees);
• Design, development, implementation and coordination of systems, policies and procedures;
• Management of the annual budget with the aim of meeting profitability.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Diploma in computing, information technology or similar;
• Many years of experience as a web developer;
• Experience in a managerial position;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to provide guidance and support to the team;
• Ability to think creatively;
• Excellent knowledge of web development disciplines;
• Ability to manage a team of developers.
