Job description:

Reception and records of guests and their reservations, communication with facility owners, communication and support for guests (guest management), and management and updating of sales channels with the aim of keeping proper records of arrivals and departures as well as achieving the highest occupancy of the facility at the best possible prices.

Permanent duties and responsibilities:

• Management and updating of accommodation sales channels (Booking.com, Airbnb, Homeaway, etc.);
• Applying methods to increase the rating and visibility of ads and orders on sales channels;
• Recording and orderly records of reservations and information about guests;
• Responding to inquiries and communicating with guests via messages, social networks, email and phone;
• Informing accommodation owners about new reservations, changes and cancellations.

Occasional duties and responsibilities:

• Opening new orders on sales channels (Booking.com, Airbnb, Homeaway, etc.);
• Checking the accuracy of data in the reservation tables;
• Going out to the field to familiarize yourself with the accommodation;
• Writing and submitting reports to the facilities manager;
• Solving problems related to accommodation or reservation that arose before the guest's arrival and during his stay.

Conditions:

• Experience in managing sales channels (Booking.com, airbnb.com, homeaway, etc.)
• Knowledge of working on a computer and mobile device;
• Knowledge of Word;
• Knowledge of Excel;
• Possibility of video calls via Skype;
• Owning a laptop computer.

Advantages:

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop;
• Knowledge of the Russian language;
• Driver's license: "B" category;
• Experience working in a travel agency, hotel or private accommodation.
